DIY Portable Recording Studio
Here is a great little video showing a very cheap way to set up a small, portable “mic booth” to help you get a better recorded sound. I certainly wouldn’t want to use it as permanent solution but as a portable unit I think the concept is great.
Does anyone have any similar methods or tricks that works for you? I’d love to hear from you in the comments if you do.

Thanks a lot!
I have been looking into making my room into a recording studio but this technique saved me a lot of time and money.
I used some old pool noodles and sliced them down the middle and cut each to fit in a plastic box (about 1 foot by 1 foot just like the box you use).
Using this method made it absolutely free even the microphone - I used the Guitar Hero: World Tour microphone. Fantastic quality just straight into the computer, a simple, cheap solution to the recording studio on the run :).
